Dhabas providing food, PGs, banquet halls with catering, home canteens and food stalls at fairs or religious institutions.
Importers and exporters of food items including food ingredients.
E-commerce food suppliers including cloud kitchens.

Types of FSSAI Registration:

The FSSAI registration form that the applicant has to fill out to obtain FSSAI registration is Form A for Basic and Form B for Central and State, depending on their turnover.

FSSAI Central License: For businesses with a turnover of more than Rs 20 crores.
FSSAI State License: For businesses with a turnover of more than Rs 12 lakhs per annum and less than Rs 20 crores per annum.
FSSAI Basic Registration: For businesses with a turnover of less than Rs 12 lakhs per annum.
